Pre-approved Return Authorization (RA) number is required on all returns. No collect shipments will be accepted.
A 15% restocking charge will apply to all non-defective goods which are returned to Carry-Lite. All returned non-defective items must be in re-sellable condition.
Carry-Lite reserves the right to issue credit for return merchandise which is not deemed to be re-sellable. Merchandise in this category will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
